Workspace settings is where you manage everything that applies to the whole workspace rather than a single app. The page is titled Workspace Settings with the subtitle “Manage your workspace settings, apps, team members, and billing.” It is organized into tabs.

The tabs

Apps are scoped within the workspace, but everything else on this page (members, billing, keys, fonts, general settings) applies to the whole workspace, across all apps.

General

The General tab edits two fields:
  • Workspace Name: the display name for your workspace.
  • Workspace Slug: a URL-friendly identifier. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
Click Save Changes to apply. A Workspace Details card below shows read-only information: the copyable Workspace ID, your Current Plan, and the date the workspace was created.

Members

The Members tab manages who can access the workspace. It is backed by your Clerk organization. There are two roles:
  • Admin: full access to all workspace settings and features.
  • Member: can view and edit flows, placements, and experiments.
Admins can invite people by email (choosing Admin or Member), change a member’s role, remove members, and revoke pending invitations.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your Current Plan, your usage against that plan’s limits, and a comparison of the available plans:
PlanPrice
Free$0
Starter$29 / month
Growth$99 / month
Scale$299 / month
Higher plans raise limits such as the number of flows, team members, concurrent experiments, and analytics retention. Check the Billing tab for the current pricing and the full feature comparison, since plans can change.

Danger Zone

The Danger Zone tab holds destructive, workspace-level actions. What you see depends on your role:
  • Members see Leave Workspace, which removes you from the workspace and your access to its data. You can rejoin if someone invites you again.
  • Admins see Delete Workspace. To confirm, you must type the workspace name exactly. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes all flows and their version history, all placements and experiments, all analytics data, all member access, and revokes all API keys.
Deleting a workspace erases every flow, placement, experiment, and analytics record it contains, and revokes its API keys. There is no undo.
